Quality control is fundamental at Carnaval Ice. Not only do we use perfectly pure water, but we also ensure that the entire that the entire freezing process is safe.
A metal detector automatically halts ice production if the slightest trace of metal is detected in the water or ice. Furthermore, all the equipment that comes into direct contact with the product is made of stainless steel in order to avoid premature deterioration and rusting. The UV detector also acts as a protection device. If bacteria are detected, the factory halts production immediately.
The Carnaval Ice factory will soon be HACCP certified.
